Today when I got to Los Cerritos, the kids greeted me like they always do. Of course they were hyper as well because that's how they always are. Today Ms. Wood had me do patterning with bugs with the kids today after they had their board math. Even though patterning is pretty easy, the kids are always so hyper when it comes to them doing activities. Especially when it's with the bugs because they love playing with the bugs and acting it out as if they bugs were chasing each other. At times the kids would get frustrated with each other because one might have been more rough with the other which would cause the kids to act out even more. Sometimes it would be hard to get their attention back to doing patterns again because of the way they wanted to play with the bugs. I still had fun with the kids doing patterns though because I would help them find which bug was next and that I would trick them sometimes to thinking that one bug was the bug that they were looking for and they would start laughing. I love when the kids just have the biggest smile on their faces when they're having fun.
